SYSTEM ENGINEER
Job Description :
Research and prepare subsystem, equipment installation and test specification.
Responsible for coordinating/ scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance.
Responsible for maintenance of company assets.
Keep track of Defect Notifications, update of spares in Maintenance Management System.
Raise Corrective Preventive Actions and documentation as required by ISO Quality Management System.
Responsible for purchasing parts/consumables and establishing and departmental budget.
Communicate: negotiate with suppliers/vendors for pricing and delivery.
Keep track of test tools and test equipment; Any missing tools and test equipment shall be reported. Responsible for calibration.
Prepare all the necessary technical documentation, testing requirement and installation works for projects undertaken by PTSB.
Prepare all the necessary technical documentation for tender process as well as project presentation.
Handle site meetings/reviews with customers, government agencies, vendors and subcontractors effectively.
To coordinate, plan, design and implement the system as per the project plan.
Other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).
