Admin Executive (Permanent position)

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree ,Advance/Higher and Diploma in Human Resources Management /Administration/ or equivalent.
  • Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act, Industrial Act and statutory requirements.
  • Good knowledge and working experience in managing ISO 9001 preferably experience as Lead Auditor or Quality Management Representative. (must be certified auditor)
  • Preferably with knowledge in the renewal of registration with government bodies and local authorities.
  • Experience in Tendering exercise
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, under pressure, a team player and fast learner.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Ensure Human Resource policies comply with current Employment Act and government regulations.
  • Responsible for daily general admin operation, office or facilities maintenance and other support activities of the company.
  • Liaise with related government bodies and local authorities such MOF, CIDB, MAHB, PETRONAS, PKK and etc.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation, effectiveness and continuous improvement of quality management system in compliance with ISO9001 standard requirements.
  • To co-ordinate for any activities related to ISO 9001:2008 such as surveillance audit, internal audit and training.
  • To prepare minutes of meeting, quality performance report and do presentation during the Management Review Meeting.
  • Able to coordinate and prepare for the tender documentation.
